Loraan is a draenei mage located in Xylem's Tower in Azshara.
During the Burning Legion's third invasion, he became a member of Xylem's inner circle. When the adventurer confronted the corrupted archmage, he sent his apprentici to deal with them. When Loraan was defeated, a shadow emerged from him and he came to his senses.[1]
Abilities
Blink — Teleports the caster 20 yd. forward unless something is in the way. Also frees the caster from any bonds.
Freeze — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy, stunning them briefly.
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy.
Ice Comet — Periodically hurling meteors.- Quickening
