Lightspark Grade Book is looted from the Lightspark Sky Academy Gradebook[52.64, 60] in the Lightspark Commissary (northeast wing, ground floor) in Lightspark, Hallowfall. It contains Headmaster Fynch's evaluation of some of the academy's students.
