Patch changes

Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Heal effect is now tied to Virulent Plague (was Festering Wound) and heals you for 5% of the original heal's amount (was 10%).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 20 (was 57).
Hotfix (2018-12-12):
- Fixed a bug that caused the heal generated by Life and Death to be a critical heal.
- Fixed a bug that caused the heal of Life and Death to be larger than 10% of a heal cast on a target with your Festering Wound.
Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Added.
