Lieutenant Hawlsey is a human located at Valgan's Field in Silverpine Forest. He supervises the training of new recruits for the Scarlet Crusade for their war against the Forsaken. Seeking to stop the crusade, Calia Menethil sent Forsaken champions to acquire his armor. In his dying breath, Hawlsey warned that the crusade would always rally more.
