Leader of the Pack is a passive specialization ability for Feral druids, available at level 46. It increases the critical strike chance of your party/raid members by 5%. One must be in [Cat Form] or [Bear Form] for it to work. Because of this restriction, it's useful for druids that spend a lot of time as a tank or DD when they're in a party/raid.
Patch changes
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed. 
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Now only available to Feral druids and no longer recovers mana. Mana regeneration has been increased by 100% for Feral and Guardian druids. 
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now a level 46 Feral and Guardian ability (was a tier 4 Feral Combat talent). 
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Now heals for 4%, down from 8%. - Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Now increases spell critical strike in addition to melee and ranged. Moved to tier 4 (was tier 7).
Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Aura is now raid-wide. 
Patch 2.0.1 (2006-12-05): Critical strike chance increased to 5%, up from 3%. 
Patch 1.8.0 (2005-10-10): Added.

- While in Cat Form or Bear Form, the Leader of the Pack increases critical strike chance of all party and raid members within 100 yards by 5%. In addition, your melee critical strikes in Cat Form and Bear Form cause you to heal for 4% of your total health and gain 8% of your maximum mana. This effect cannot occur more than once every 6 sec.
