Last Gift is an Azerite trait available to all classes. It can only be found on Alliance Azerite Armor from the Arathi Highlands, the Battle for Stromgarde, or PvP content.

Trivia

During the Battle for Azeroth beta, this trait had a chance to proc when taking damage from a member of the Horde, rather than when attacking one.

Hotfix (2019-08-07): Fixed an issue causing Last Gift to not proc correctly on healing spells cast onto friendly targets.
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Added.
