Lady Vesthra is one of the two naga witches masterminding the assault on the Southern Rocketway Terminus. She is located at the Ravencrest Monument in Azshara where she is being empowered by a power stone.

Abilities
Frost Nova — Inflicts Frost damage to nearby enemies, immobilizing them for up to 6 sec.
Frostbolt — Inflicts Frost damage to an enemy and reduces its movement speed for 4 sec.
Poison Bolt — Shoots poison at an enemy, inflicting Nature damage, then additional damage every 5 sec. for 10 sec.
Slow — Reduces target's movement speed by 54%, increases the time between attacks by 60% and increases casting time by 60%. Lasts 10 sec.
Toxic Nova — Gushes a massive volley of poison, harming all nearby enemies. Lasts 15 sec.
Empowered — The nearby power stone has fortified this Naga.
