Lady Humps is a camel in the caravan with Adarrah and Budd Nedreck. She is located in Thistleshrub Valley, Tanaris. Once you accept the quest 
[30-35] Easy Money, you try to ride her. This triggers the cut-scene to which the caravan proceeds into Uldum.
You see her again standing next to Harrison Jones when you turn in the quest [30-35] Take it to 'Em!. Although, it's not absolute, it appears she gets killed in the explosion during [30-35] Exploding Through.
Trivia
- Her name may be a play on Fergie's lyrics from the song "My Humps" by the Black Eyed Peas.
