Krokk is a stealthed Horde operative and quest giver in Ashenvale. He is in charge of getting a blood elf diplomat out of Warsong Lumber Camp.
He only appears when the player uses 
[Secret Signal Powder] at the Smoldering Brazier outside Satyrnaar.

Using the Secret Signal Powder creates a large explosion. Krokk will de-stealth and say one of the following:
- Krokk says: When this is over, you may want to brush up on your secrecy skills....
- Krokk says: Well, <class>, that was... subtle.
- Krokk says: You may wish to put some more signal powder next time. I'm not sure they could see that from Orgrimmar....
After a period of time, Krokk will re-stealth:
- Krokk says: I must resume my duties, <class>.
