Kolkar Waylayers are centaur who spawn during the quest 
[35] Bodyguard for Hire along with the Kolkar Ambushers in Desolace.
Abilities
Enveloping Winds — Surrounds an enemy with a cyclone for up to 10 sec. If the target takes any damage, it will break free of the imprisoning winds.
Lightning Bolt — Blasts an enemy with lightning, inflicting Nature damage.
