Knight-Lieutenant's Dragonhide Gloves was part of Lieutenant Commander's Sanctuary, the Alliance PvP-Rare set for druids. It can no longer be obtained, having been replaced by 
[Knight-Lieutenant's Dragonhide Grips] of the Lieutenant Commander's Refuge set.
Players who had earned this item could use it with the newer set's items and still gain the set bonus, prior to the set bonus being made inactive in patch 7.0.3.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2009-05-14): We have reduced the stealth detection of Knight-Lieutenant's Dragonhide Gloves. 
Patch 1.11.0 (2006-06-19): Removed. - Patch 1.7.0 (2005-09-13): PvP reward gloves that grant stealth detection have had the detection reduced somewhat.
- Patch 1.6.0 (2005-07-12): The stealth detection bonus on the Druid PvP set gloves has been changed to work in all forms, including caster form.
- Patch 1.4.0 (2005-04-19): Added.
