Ketya's Stash is found at [54.0, 27.7] in the back of Ketya's Hideaway along the Orunai Coast in northeastern Talador. Dodge all of the laser traps in the area to get to back of the cave, where the chest waits bathed in a pool of light. Loot the chest for 
[Stonegrinder], roughly 60 
[Garrison Resources], and mint-condition copy of 
[A Steamy Romance Novel: I'm In Love With a Robot].
