Kelt Thomasin is a human found at Mo'grosh Stronghold in northeastern Loch Modan. Before the Cataclysm he was located in Farstrider Lodge.
In the beta
Kelt was supposed to be a part of an unreleased quest chain.
He was described as one of the finest hunters in all the realm who became obsessed with an ancient dwarven legend about a threshadon in the lake,[1] spending a portion of his life to track it down. He would ask adventurers to bring him threshadon teeth and claws.[2]
In Cataclysm, 
[19G] Mercenaries was internally changed and updated to start with Kelt, but the quest was never released. He had an arrangement with Magistrate Bluntnose to start hunting ogres and would accept help of the adventurers.
