Context
The Lich Kel'Thuzad, who resides in Naxxramas, was once an Archmage of Dalaran who was more of an outcast among his peers for his interest and study of the dark art of necromancy. He probably felt lonely and wished for someone to hug him. This loneliness may have some correlation with the presence of Mr. Bigglesworth, Kel'Thuzad's cat in Naxxramas.
