Kartak the Abominable is a deity worshiped by the Frenzyheart Tribe of wolvar. His altar stands in Kartak's Hold where the local wolvar sacrifice  [Oracle Blood] gathered from fallen gorloc, if Kartak will find the one who brought him the blood worthy, he will temporarily take over the body of the mortal, transforming them into a giant yeti.
