Kafa Press acts as a potion which provides a 4000 haste bonus for 25 seconds. It is not consumed when used. It does share a cooldown with other potions, so it will not provide an advantage to raiders who use potions. While its cooldown is 10 minutes, the CD that it triggers in potions is their standard length (one minute).
If you also happen to be drunk, this item will also dispell a very small amount of it.

This item is found at [35.2, 76.3], on the Frozen Trail Packer on Kota Peak, at the back of the Kafa-Crazed Yeti cave near Ski'thik in Kun-Lai Summit.
