Junior Racing Champion is a feat of strength achievement earned by becoming a legendary racer and course maker using the 
[Junior Timekeeper's Racing Belt].
Both players must be in a party together. As a racer, the player must run through 30 rings to obtain 30 stacks of the 
[Course Racer] buff to earn the "Legendary Course Racer" criteria and as a course tracer, the player who uses the toy must place 30 rings to earn 30 stacks of the 
[Course Tracer] buff for the "Legendary Course Tracer" criteria.
