Junior Timekeeper's Racing Belt is available during Feast of Winter Veil, found in the 
[Winter Veil Gift] that is available starting 25 December 2023.
As criteria
This toy is needed for the [Junior Racing Champion] feat of strength.
As a racer, the player must run through 30 rings to obtain 30 stacks of the 
[Course Racer] buff to earn the "Legendary Course Racer" criteria and as a course tracer, the player who uses the toy must place 30 rings to earn 30 stacks of the 
[Course Tracer] buff for the "Legendary Course Tracer" criteria.
Obtaining 40 stacks of the [Course Racer] buff will also provide the 
[Hero of Lord Andestrasz] buff and anymore stacks beyond 40 don't yield anything else.
