Jungle Serpents are serpents found attacking Fort Livingston, Bambala and various other places in Northern Stranglethorn during the Rise of the Zandalari quest chain.
Abilities
Fatal Bite — Drains 200 health from an enemy, healing the caster for up to twice that amount.
Pierce Armor — Reduces an enemy's armor by 75% for 15 sec.
Tranquilizing Poison — Inflicts the target with poison, which increases the time between attacks by 150%, reduces their movement by 70% and puts them to sleep after 8 sec.
