Jao-Ti the Thunderous is a mogu located in Warport Rastari in Zuldazar. As a stormbinder, Lei Shen himself said Jao-Ti showed a great connection to the storms.[1]
Abilities
Call the Storm — Calls down lighting to impact the ground around the caster, inflicting Nature damage.
Charged Bolt — The caster creates a bolt of lightning that strikes the target, inflicting Nature damage.
