Isle of Conquest Envoys were orc Isle of Conquest recruiters located at various spots throughout the largest Horde cities - Orgrimmar, Silvermoon City, Thunder Bluff, and Undercity, as well as the neutral cities of Dalaran and Shattrath City. They were only available during the monthly Call to Arms: Isle of Conquest.
Patch changes
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed, along with related Call to Arms events. 
Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Added.
