Ishala is a night elf. She is the daughter of the priestess Belysra Starbreeze.
History
Ishala was located in the Craftsmen's Terrace in Darnassus during the Burning of Teldrassil. Her mother Belysra was unable to find her during the burning.[1]
Ishala survived Teldrassil and can now be found with her mother in Belanaar at Amirdrassil.

Her father is likely Arvell, the deceased lover of Belysra. As Belysra still loved him even by the invasion of Gilneas thousands of years after his death, it is unlikely she would have had a child with another man.
