Irontree Cavern is a deep cave inhabited by Warpwood Shredders and Warpwood Moss Flayers.
Cataclysm
Following the Cataclysm, the cavern and the surrounding area of the woods now contain heavy Goblin presence. The Goblins have been attempting to clear out the caverns for mining operations, as well as oil operations. They are later stopped following a Talonbranch Glade Worgen attack, which leaves the area near the cavern destroyed by fire.
