Innovating the Engine concludes the "The Spark of Ingenuity" quest chain to acquire additional  [Bottled Essences] to create additional  [Sparks of Ingenuity], a very powerful reagent used to craft end-game armor and weapons.

This quest chain was originally on a one or two-week time-gate, but now can be completed without any forced waiting.
