- Some non-boss enemies have been infested with a Spawn of G'huun.
Infested was the Battle for Azeroth Season 1 affix for Mythic+. It is applied as a seasonal 4th affix that is added to every 
[Mythic Keystone] at level 10 or higher. When the mob that was infested by the Symbiote of G'huun is dead, two Spawn of G'huun will spawn nearby and will run towards the nearest non-boss NPC.
