Inferno Blast will always deal a critical strike.

Inferno Blast is a Fire mage ability, available at level 24. It replaces [Fire Blast], and bakes in the debuff-spreading of the old [Impact] talent. It will spread [Living Bomb] if chosen as the level 75 talent.
