Patch changes

Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed.
Hotfix (2012-09-14): Glyphed Inferno Blast should properly apply the Pyromaniac debuff.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Redesigned as a level 85 Fire ability (was a tier 6 Fire talent). Your Nether Tempest, Living Bomb, and Frost Bomb spells now also apply the Pyromaniac effect. Pyromaniac increases the damage done by your Fireball, Pyroblast, Inferno Blast, and Frostfire Bolt on the target by 10%. Lasts 15 sec.
Old: Increases spell haste by 5/10% if 3 or more targets are taking Fire damage over time from your spells.
Hotfix (2011-01-18): Rank 1 of Pyromaniac no longer improperly gives 5% passive haste.
Hotfix (2010-12-02): The Pyromaniac talent is now properly triggering when 3 or more targets are affected by a mage’s periodic damage Fire spells.
Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Redesigned as a tier 6 talent (was tier 7). Increases spell haste by 5/10% if 3 or more targets are taking Fire damage over time from your spells.
Old: Increases chance to critically hit by 1/2/3% and allows 17/33/50% of your mana regeneration to continue while casting.
Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Now grants 17/33/50% of mana regeneration while casting.
Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): Now also allows 10/20/30% of mana regeneration while casting.
