Old: Your next Garrote and your next Rupture apply to up to 8 enemies within 10 yards. 45 second cooldown.
Hotfix (2022-12-12): Fixed an issue that would cause Garrote to fail to apply to all targets if one target was immune, when cast with Indiscriminate Carnage.
Hotfix (2022-11-21): Cooldown reduced to 45 seconds (was 60 seconds).
