Last Gasp 40 yd range — Crush the last vestiges of hope in an enemy target, dealing 1,500 Shadow damage every 1 sec and stunning them for 5 sec. Channeled.

Hotfix (2014-10-14): Incarnation of Despair's Last Gasp now deals damage that is more reasonable level in a post stat squish environment.
