Hotfix (2024-05-07): Damage bonus now reduced to 20% in PvP combat (was 30%).
Hotfix (2023-03-06): Fixed a bug that prevented Improved Garrote's PvP Multiplier from applying. Damage bonus will once again match the tooltip value of 30% (base 50%) in PvP Combat.
Patch 10.0.5 (2023-01-24): Fixed an issue that prevented Improved Garrote's cooldown removal from taking effect when casting [Garrote] using [Sepsis]' [Stealth] ability effect.
