Icepine Point

Icepine Point.

Icepine Point is a small ridge with a hunter's camp watching over the Howling Hills in Highmountain.^[57, 57] The encampment is a spur of the safari stationed at Nesingwary's Retreat. No services are offered at this camp, of which there are five NPCs (see below). The player is eventually sent here during the course of the chain of Hemet Nesingwary side quests in Highmountain.

Two of the camp's inhabitants, Emily Wells and Maruul, are stationed on a rock ledge overlooking a trail that passes by the camp and leads across a bridge towards Snowblind Mesa.

Notes

• Emily and Maruul appear to be in a competition against one another based on their dialog (see their individual character pages for quotes), with Emily being the better shot.
• A group of three Icefang wolves patrol the foot of the ridge below where Emily and Maruul are located. More of the pack can be found behind the ridge the camp is situated on and in the area across the trail from the camp.
