Hunaka Greenhoof is a tauren druid who wanders around Dalaran and acts like a player (using 
[Hearthstone], training professions, checking the bank, etc.).
She makes an appearance as a bear tank within the Molten Front, as part of Thrall's Thrashers in the raid section of the Firelands. She can be heard asking her raid: "Can we pull yet? Can we? Can we?"
Notes
- In the Northrend version of Dalaran, she is wearing the tier 6 druid set, Thunderheart Armor, and wielding
[Wildfury Greatstaff]. In the Broken Isles version, she wears the tier 17 druid set, Living Wood Battlegear, and wields 
[Head-Lopper Skullscythe].
