High Priest Talet-Kha is a crypt fiend located in the Spire of Pain within the Temple City of En'kilah in the Borean Tundra. He is suspended in midair by two "Mystical Webbing" cords and appears to be holding a pair of flasks.
During the war against the Lich King, Talet-Kha alongside the high priests Naferset and Andorath performed dark rites in the spires named Blood, Decay, and Pain located within the temple city.[1]
Following the war against the Jailer, the brothers Bronzebeard reported that the Scourge in the temple are leaderless,[1] meaning that Talet-Kha was slain by the adventurers either sent by Thassarian for the Alliance or by Chieftain Wintergale for the Horde.[2]
