High Executor Wroth is the leader, and a quest giver, of Venomspite in Dragonblight. He is cruel and merciless in issuing kill orders. When the 
[Torturer's Rod] is given to him, he reveals that he had been a royal torturer of Lordaeron himself before undeath.[1] He directs Horde adventurers to kill the Scarlet Onslaught forces at Onslaught Harbor.
