Hetaera was a hydra in Azshara. One could often see her swimming north of Hetaera's Clutch, her lair, and spending some time up on land at two tiny islands. She killed many of Lord Arkkoroc's children and called herself the ruler of these oceans. Lord Arkkoroc wanted Hetaera's three heads and called her a false god.
Abilities
Infected Bite — Inflicts Nature damage to an enemy every 5 sec. and increases the Physical damage it takes for 30 sec.
Thrash — Gives the caster 2 extra attacks.

Notes and trivia
[Hetaera's Blood] is quashed by Lord Arkkoroc from her heads.- The word "hetaera" is ancient Greek for "companion," which was applied to Athenian courtesans and Macedonian cavalry.
