The mighty Heartrazor bound during the Cataclysm.

Heartrazor is an elite wyvern and the patriarch of the local wyvern located on the upper level of Highperch in Thousand Needles. When first encountered he's being held by the Twilight's Hammer. When players help him, he returns the favor.

Abilities

The subject of this section was removed from World of Warcraft in patch 4.0.3a but is present in Classic Era.

•  Lethal Toxin — Inflicts 30 Nature damage to an enemy every 15 sec. for 3 min.
