Heart of Darkness is an Azerite trait available to all classes. It can only be found on Azerite Armor obtained from patch 8.3 content, such as the Visions of N'Zoth and the Ny'alotha raid.
Patch changes
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): No longer requires 25 Corruption Level to be active. 
Hotfix (2020-04-22): Resolved an issue that prevented Heart of Darkness from being reduced by 50% when engaged in combat with enemy players. - Patch 8.3.0 (2020-01-14): Added.
