Patch changes
- Hotfix (2024-09-06): No longer deals increased damage in PvP (was +20%).
- Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Damage increased by 20% in PvP combat.
- Hotfix (2023-02-06): Heart Strike damage increased by 15%.
- Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 1 Blood talent (was a level 10 Blood ability). Rank 2 made default. Rank 3 removed.
- Hotfix (2020-12-14): Damage increased by 15%.
- Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): Rank 3 added at level 52: Increases damage done by 20%.
- Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 10 (was 55). Rank 2 added at level 23: Generates an additional 5 Runic Power.

- Old: Instantly strike the target and up to two additional nearby enemies, causing 105% weapon damage plus X on the primary target, with each additional enemy struck taking 50% less damage than the previous target. Damage dealt to each target is increased by an additional 15% for each of your diseases present.
