Head of Onyxia started the quests  [60] Victory for the Alliance and  [60] Victory for the Horde.

This item dropped from Onyxia in the level-60 version of Onyxia's Lair. Only one head dropped per kill.

Notes

When you turned in the quest, everyone in the city limits that was level 60 or lower would receive the  [Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer] buff. You could only do this quest once, so you had to choose your reward wisely.

Patch changes

• Patch 3.2.2 (2009-09-22): Removed. Replaced with the level-80 version  [Head of Onyxia].
