Have... Have We Met? is a quest achievement earned for waving at the NPCs in Sethria's Roost. Requirement for the meta-achievement  [Veteran of the Molten Front].

A very large number of NPCs can possibly join players on the quest  [35 Daily] The Protectors of Hyjal, part of the Firelands Invasion daily quests. The NPCs do not have to be attached to the player in order for the /wave to count.
