Harold Lagras is a human diver located at Daggercap Bay in the Howling Fjord. He claims he is on a mission given to him by Vice Admiral Keller to retrieve supplies from the shipwrecks of Daggercap, and asks adventurers to help him (given how surprised he reacted, he is probably a treasure hunter who wants all of the "goodies" for himself).
