Harbinger Vurenn is a draenei quest giver found in Valiance Keep in the Borean Tundra. He is not affiliated with the Hand of Argus. In fact, having "official" ties to the order would be a hindrance for his area of expertise. Vurenn remains an extremely well-connected draenei whose contacts include vindicators (such as Yaala) of that very organization.[1]
Vurenn was one of those who discovered the corruption that plagued Valiance Keep, and with the help of the adventurers, his investigation led to the discovery and arrest of the infiltrating agent of the Cult of the Damned.[2][3][4]
