The Hand of Naxxramas is a shade located south of Slaughter Square in Stratholme. It is hunted down during 
[Wards of the Dread Citadel]. Breaking a 
[Ward of Naxxramas] and destroying a Scourge crystal at Crusaders' Square will alert the shade and cause it to flee after five minutes. It is hiding behind a gate, preparing to escape through a portal. The only way to kill it is with the power of an 
[Argent Dawn Commission], using To Dust.
