Hakkari Sappers are wind serpents found in the Temple of Atal'Hakkar.
Abilities
Mana Burn — Hits an enemy with an anti-mana bolt. For each point of mana consumed by the bolt, the target takes 1 damage.
Wing Flap — Strikes enemies in a cone in front of the caster, knocking them back.
