Hail to the Chef is the meta-achievement for the secondary skill cooking. You will need to acquire a fair amount of fish as well as meat and other food reagents (such as fruit and alcohol) to complete this achievement. Also much world travel to vendors across classic WoW, Outland and Northrend will be required, as well as completion of many Dalaran daily cooking quests.
