Gurubashi Refugees are trolls found in the northeastern area of Zul'Gurub, near the Cache of Madness and almost outside the gates of Temple of Bethekk. They can be found sitting or lying down throughout the area that they are located in.
Abilities
Backhand — Backhands an enemy, stunning it for 2 seconds.
Dirt Toss — Blinds the target, causing it to wander confused for up to 2 seconds.
