The ghost of Guardsman Belothiel stands in the Ruins of Eldre'thar in Stonetalon Mountains. He and the other ghosts in the ruins seem to relive moments in their lives. Belothiel are seen inspecting a line of Highborne Citizens before they are permitted entry into Eldre'thar.
