Grell can be found at one of the abandoned furbolg camps in southwestern Shadowglen on Teldrassil. After being corrupted by 
[Fel Moss], the grell and grellkin moved into Shadowglen and infested the area, posing a threat to its residents.[1] They also took a liking to the mushrooms in Shadowglen.[2]
Despite the blessing of Teldrassil by two of the Dragon Aspects shortly before the Cataclysm, the grell continued to be tainted by the Fel Moss.[3] It was later discovered that there was one last source of corruption on Teldrassil: the Bough of Corruption.[4] With its destruction, the grell may finally have been freed from the moss's influence.

[Hyacinth Mushroom] for [4] Iverron's Antidote.
Notes
- When a Grell is attacked, nearby Grell mobs that aren't in combat will scatter. Each will run a short distance away, then stop and come back.
