Greater Spool of Eternal Thread is a once-daily reward from the three daily quests at Infinite Bazaars: 
[10-70] A Fresh Scene, [10-70] Looking for Group and [10-70] Looking for More as well as world bosses. It is worth 180 threads of a random stat or 360 stamina for the 
[Cloak of Infinite Potential].
A hotfix on 12 June doubles the amount of threads from this source to 540 (or 1,080 stamina) with the 
[Timerunner's Mastery].
