Cloak of Infinite Potential is an artifact-level back piece awarded to characters taking part in Pandaria Remix, a quest reward from  [10-70] What's Hours Is Yours in the tutorial part of Timeless Isle. This takes the place of Wrathion's legendary cloaks from Mists of Pandaria. The equip effect increases stats by a scaling amount based on the amount of threads returned. At various thresholds (marked by achievements), those threads will also carry over to newly-created Pandaria Remix characters. Stats shown here are example stats on the website, and will vary in normal gameplay.

Timerunner characters who reach level 70 will unlock Wrathion's legendary cloak appearances and enable access to Ordos on the Timeless Isle account-wide.

Threads

Threads drop randomly from all creatures in Pandaria Remix, but the variety that drops depends on the character level. Stamina threads are worth double the stats of the others at their rank.

Every few threads acquired will increase the item level of the cloak, and potentially grant a new appearance for the collection. At 4,200 threads ( [Infinite Power XII]), players will automatically be granted the four August Celestials wing toys, which are based on the legendary cloaks from Mists of Pandaria:

Trivia

• This item reuses the ID of the unused  [Jadeweave Cloak].

Patch changes

• Hotfix (2024-05-29): Fixed a bug that inadvertently capped the maximum stats that can be gained on a Cloak of Infinite Potential. That cap has been removed.
  
• Hotfix (2024-05-20): Fixed a bug preventing Timerunners with a legendary Infinite Cloak of Potential from accessing Ordon Sanctuary as intended.
